Terms of Service

Last updated 12 September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

Script Artisan AI is provided by Noahsure Group Limited, registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Licence to use the service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Script Artisan AI for writing and pre-production work, including commercial projects. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the software itself, or present it as your own product.

3. Your work is yours

You own the premises you write and, as between you and us, we claim no ownership of the screenplays, outlines, cheat sheets, concept stills or storyboard videos produced from them. You are free to develop, produce, sell or publish them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content back to you, and to pass prompts to the AI providers who generate the output. We do not use your work to train models.

The sample project bundled with the app, our name, monogram and interface remain ours, and the sample is demonstration content rather than a work you own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • create sexual content involving minors, or content that is unlawful in the UK;
  • harass, defame or incite violence against real people, or produce likeness or voice imitations of real people without their consent;
  • upload reference material you do not have the rights to, or infringe anyone’s copyright or trade marks;
  • circumvent authentication, access another user’s private scripts or files, evade generation, rate or resolution limits, or attack or overload the service;
  • resell raw generation capacity as your own API or service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and remove content we are legally required to remove.

5. AI output disclaimer

Output is generated by AI models. It can be inaccurate, inconsistent, derivative of common tropes, or similar to output produced for another user from a similar premise. We do not warrant that output is original, non-infringing, legally clear or fit for production, and we do not provide legal, financial or safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and clearing anything you take to production.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change, limit or withdraw features, run maintenance, or adjust generation and export limits — including where an AI provider changes its own capacity, pricing or terms. Export your work if you need a permanent copy; Final Draft (FDX) and lookbook exports exist for that purpose.

7. Fees and tiers

The studio is currently free to use, with 1080p exports as standard. Studio Pro (4K UHD) is granted by us and is not on sale — there is no checkout, subscription or payment obligation. See our pricing page for the current position. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices and terms before charging anyone.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost production opportunities, lost or corrupted content, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100. Where you use the service in the course of a business, the statutory implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service. On closure we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers keep any rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence. Questions: hello@noahsure.co.uk.
