Who we are

Script Artisan AI is operated by Noahsure Group Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@noahsure.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address and the authentication identifier from your sign-in method (email or Google). We never see or store your Google password.
• Your creative work. The premises, briefs, story outlines, screenplays and script versions you create or save.
• Generated assets. Concept stills and video clips produced from your scenes, held in private storage that only your account can read.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, error details) needed to run the service securely.

We do not ask for payment card details, and we do not collect special-category data. If you work anonymously, unsaved drafts stay in your own browser storage and are never sent to our database.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Creating your account, generating screenplays, stills and video exports, and storing your library and versions so you can return to them.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Keeping the service secure and available, preventing abuse, enforcing generation and rate limits, and diagnosing errors.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Meeting our accounting, tax and law-enforcement obligations where they apply.

We do not use your scripts to train our own or anyone else’s AI models, and we do not sell personal data.

Processors we rely on

To deliver the product we share the minimum necessary data with the following processors, each under a data-processing agreement:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage. Our cloud platform provider hosts the application, your account record, your scripts and your private generated assets.
• AI model providers. When you ask for a screenplay, a concept still or an AI Motion clip, the relevant prompt — your premise, scene text and director notes — is sent to a third-party AI model provider through our AI gateway so the output can be produced. Prompts are sent for that request only.
• Email delivery. Sign-in confirmation and password-recovery emails are sent through an email delivery provider.

Some processors operate outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Scripts, versions, stills and clips: until you delete them or close your account.
• Account record: for as long as your account is open, then deleted within 30 days.
• Server and error logs: normally up to 90 days.

Cookies and similar storage

We use no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels. The only storage we set is strictly necessary: a session token so you stay signed in, a theme preference, and local storage holding an unsaved draft on your own device. Because none of it is used for tracking, no cookie consent banner is required. If we later add analytics, we will update this page and ask for consent first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can delete individual scripts, versions and clips yourself in the studio. To make a request, email privacy@noahsure.co.uk — we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
